Tom Read Wilson brings his one-man show The A–Z of Me to the stage, a witty, word-loving journey through the alphabet from the beloved presenter, actor, singer and author.
A devoted logophile with a gift for turning language into entertainment, Tom Read Wilson is one of British television's most charming and quotable presences. He trained in musical theatre at the Royal Academy of Music before winning the nation over as the eloquent client coordinator on E4's Celebs Go Dating, and has since become a familiar face across television, competing on The Voice UK, finishing runner-up on Celebrity Best Home Cook and appearing on everything from The Wheel to I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!. His love of words has also made him a published author, with titles including Every Word Tells a Story and Wonderful Words That Tell a Tale.
In The A–Z of Me, Tom turns that passion into a live show, an irreverent, whistle-stop tour through the alphabet that reveals both the man and the revue letter by letter. Weaving songs, sonnets, stories and a healthy dash of smut, it is a warm, funny and delightfully theatrical evening for anyone who loves language, wit and a good yarn well told.
