Formed in Manchester in 2006, Courteeners made their name with debut album St. Jude (2008), home to fan favourites "Not Nineteen Forever" and "What Took You So Long?". In 2023 a 15th anniversary edition sent the record to number one in the UK, setting the record for the longest gap between an album's release and topping the Official Albums Chart. Across seven studio albums, from Falcon (2010) and Anna (2013) to More. Again. Forever. (2020) and Pink Cactus Café (2024), every one has landed in the UK Top 10. Frontman Liam Fray's honest, heartfelt songwriting sits at the core of all of them.
Courteeners gigs are famous for turning into huge communal singalongs, and "Are You In Love With A Notion?" never fails to raise the roof. The band have sold out Manchester Arena and London's Royal Albert Hall, played the main stage at Reading & Leeds, and headlined festivals including TRNSMT and Truck. Back home, they've packed out Emirates Old Trafford and played several sold-out 50,000-capacity headline shows at Heaton Park, making them one of Britain's most loved and enduring indie bands.
The event is taking place at Ludlow Castle, Ludlow. See individual listings for full venue details.
Tickets go on sale on Friday 6th November 2026 at 10:00am.
