The Commoners are a five-piece Roots/Rock outfit from Toronto, Canada, blending high-energy riffs, soulful vocals and rich harmonies into a sound steeped in Southern-style rock. The band found UK radio success with singles including "Fill My Cup," "Too Much", and the title track from their debut album, Find A Better Way (2022).
Building on that momentum, The Commoners toured extensively across Canada, Europe and the UK, including a run of UK dates supporting Grammy-nominated duo Samantha Fish and Jesse Dayton. They went on to release their third studio album, Restless (2024), recorded at RHC Music in Toronto, which mixes introspective, slower numbers with rip-roaring anthems. The record took them to UK and European festival stages, including Steelhouse Festival and Maid of Stone Festival.
Since then, the band have continued to build their reputation as a must-see live act, touring extensively with The Sheepdogs and DeWolff, with a standout UK performance captured for their live release, The Commoners – Live in The UK.
