Saves The Day are an influential emo band from Princeton, New Jersey, whose emotionally honest songwriting and melodic punk sound helped shape the genre during the late 1990s and early 2000s. Led by founding vocalist Chris Conley, the band broke through with their acclaimed second album, Through Being Cool (1999), before cementing their reputation with fan favourites including Stay What You Are (2001) and In Reverie (2003).
Across more than two decades, Saves The Day have remained one of emo's defining acts, inspiring countless artists with songs that explore love, heartbreak, growing up and self-discovery.
