Rising to fame with his global hit "Wasn't Expecting That", Jamie became the first artist signed to Ed Sheeran's Gingerbread Man Records in 2015. The song, a heart-wrenching tale of love and loss, charted at #1 in 26 countries and earned him the prestigious Ivor Novello Award for Best Song Musically and Lyrically in 2016.
Jamie’s self-titled debut album under the label also reached #1 on the UK Albums Chart, solidifying his place in the music industry. With a career spanning over two decades, Jamie’s journey began as an independent artist, performing at open mics and small venues, honing his craft before breaking through on an international stage.
