Fantastic experience
Was fab day from start to finish. Staff were so friendly and helpfull. The cafe was amazing. Staff keep kids entertained all the time ur there. My grandaughter made her own lipgloss and got a charm with her name on the 2 staff in there were amazing wish i could remember there names shout out to them they were lovley and helpfull our visit was 22/05/2026 so if you know who you are thank you for making my grandaughters 9th birthday special ❤️❤️ will 100% be back even though is 3 hours drive away.

Fun atmosphere
Very pretty and a fun time had by my daughter and myself. I feel the actual space especially the shopping booths are very small for the amount of people in the building. It got quieter as each time group left but then filled up again. My daughter has ADHD and struggles with too much choice we will spend a long time making up our minds on things but with very limited space it makes it harder for her. But I don’t want to take away from the fact it was a very special experience and the staff were all lovey and at no point were we being rushed. We just slowed ourselves down and waited for the crowds to disperse. Thank you we will be back.
