Fally Ipupa is one of Africa’s most influential contemporary artists, known for redefining Congolese rumba and soukous for a global audience. Rising to prominence after his early career with Quartier Latin International, he has built a solo catalogue that blends traditional sounds with R&B and urban pop, earning widespread acclaim across Africa, Europe and beyond. His live shows are celebrated for their energy, musicianship and connection to his roots, including a sold-out performance at London’s OVO Wembley Arena.
Alongside his solo success, Ipupa has collaborated with a range of international artists, including Wizkid, continuing to expand his cross-continental appeal. Off stage, he is also recognised for his humanitarian work through the Fally Ipupa Foundation, supporting vulnerable communities in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
