Born in Louisiana, Harrell was first inspired by the legend B.B. King, relentlessly practicing his licks, his tone, his finesse, his stage craft, and more. Following the win of the prestigious Blues Music Award for Best Emerging Artist from The Blues Foundation, Harrell continues to carve out his own path as a blues artist, drawing inspiration from the blueprint of all of the greats that came before him, and the desire to bring the blues to a new generation of fans.
