Charlie Noordewier is a talented singer-songwriter from Plymouth, UK, known for his emotive storytelling and soulful melodies. He first gained attention as the frontman of The Native, a band formed during his school years with guitarist Ben Andrew. Their early collaborations led to the creation of The Native, which quickly made a name for itself in the local music scene. Charlie's distinctive voice and heartfelt lyrics became a defining feature of the band's sound.
In August 2024, Charlie ventured into solo territory with the release of Cassette, a limited-edition collection of five exclusive tracks on handmade tapes. This move showcased his versatility and commitment to his craft. Continuing his solo journey, he released the single "Dear Diazepam" on 4th July 2025, further establishing his presence in the music industry. Charlie's recent works reflect his growth as an artist and his dedication to creating music that resonates with his audience.
