Bernard Fanning is an Australian singer-songwriter best known as the frontman of Powderfinger, one of the country’s most successful and influential rock bands. Launching his solo career in 2005, he quickly made an impact with his debut album Tea & Sympathy (2005), which topped the Australian charts and featured standout tracks including “Wish You Well”. Known for his distinctive voice and thoughtful songwriting, Fanning has continued to evolve his sound across releases such as Departures (2013), Civil Dusk (2016) and Brutal Dawn (2017).
