Alas de Liona is an indie-pop singer who hails from the Californian desert.
Now based in Scotland, Liona began her musical journey during a 2021 Covid relaxation period by releasing Radio Astronomy as an EP - a short-but-sweet collective of cosmic lullabies and space folk tales. Drawing from this, Liona is acclaimed for her intricate lyrics, ethereal synths and spectral voice, garnering praise from the likes of Clash, RTE, BBC Radio Scotland, The Line of Best Fit and many more.
