Johnny Scribbler is a Stevenage-based independent musician whose sound blends folk, ska, and reggae influences with a distinctive sense of humour and storytelling. Performing primarily as a solo artist, he describes his music as a mix of “odd folk, cheery ska and Disney covers,” while his YouTube channel highlights “bitter folk, growly reggae and happy ska” inspired by friendship, cider, and everyday life.
Known for original songs such as Glass Houses, Johnny Scribbler has built a local following through live performances and self-released music, bringing together upbeat rhythms, thoughtful lyrics, and an energetic DIY approach to songwriting.
Sugar Past 9 are a 4 piece alt rock band, based in Luton who bring their energy and heavy music to the stage. They have just released their debut EP ”Palaxy ghoul” with one of the songs reaching over 25,000 streams.
