In this lively session, a traditional Falmouth oysterman demonstrates how to shuck oysters safely and properly, sharing stories from the water along the way. Learn about Cornwall’s oyster heritage, different varieties, and how to serve them at their best. The session includes three fresh oysters and a glass off fizz per every participant.
