STEREOPHONICS – ‘Hungover For You’
Stalwart indie heroes Stereophonics have just brought out a 2020 Alternate Mix of their heartbroken song ‘Hungover For You’ which details the fallout of a failed relationship through luscious strings and bluesy guitars.
‘Hungover For You’ is taken from the eleventh Stereophonics studio album ‘Kind’ which hit No. 1 in the charts upon release in October that they promote with huge shows at Inverness Bught Park plus Parc Y Faenol in Bangor this summer.

ALFIE NEALE – ‘Vices’
Having recently completed a tour supporting Cassia, Brighton based songwriter Alfie Neale now drops his soulful new single ‘Vices’ which is promoted with a stripped back video which shows his bedroom studio setup where he pens and records his tracks that blend indie pop with hip hop. Already a huge it with the fans, Neale has been bowled over by all the love they are showing; “Thank you for all the love of my new single, the reaction’s been crazy”

KING KRULE – ‘Man Alive!’
Archy Marshall AKA King Krule first became the tastemakers favourite back in 2013 when he signed to XL Recordings, a label known for the bold experimental artists on its roster, for the release of his critically acclaimed debut album ‘6 Feet Beneath The Moon’. Seven years later and his idiosyncratic take on indie inflected trip hop has seen each new release recognised as a landmark moment in British music and now he drops fourth LP ‘Man Alive!’
The 25-year-old South London lad continues his sonic adventures unabashed as he joins often crazed stream of consciousness beat poet vocals to strained guitars and dub beats as he describes the pressures and pleasures of being young in Peckham.

BEST COAST – ‘Always Tomorrow’
LA indie rock duo Bethany Cosentino (guitar\vocals) and Bobb Bruno (guitar) are Best Coast and the pair have just dropped their killer new album ‘Always Tomorrow’ through Concord Records.
Whilst previously priding themselves on their ‘No fucks given’ attitude, their fourth LP sees them exhibit an added layer of maturity as they explore both the ups and the downs of a decade in the music industry, personal growth and the subsequent sobriety following troubling times.
Produced by Justin Meldal-Johnsen (M83, Paramore), it’s a hook laden record which has the summery vibes that just begs to be played loud of the car stereo heading to the beach with the widows down to feel the wind on your face.

NATHANIEL RATELIFF – ‘And It’s Still Alright’
Today, Nathaniel Rateliff releases his highly anticipated new record ‘And It’s Still Alright’ which is tinged with sadness but is a truly captivating listen.
When he first began to write the new album, Rateliff received the sad news that his friend and long-term collaborator Richard Swift had passed away. Swift had produced the two acclaimed albums ‘Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats’ (2015) plus ‘Tearing at the Seams’ (2018) and had played a huge part in developing Rateliff’s sound and achieving success. His loss was a huge personal blow.
In tribute, Rateliff returned to Swift’s National Freedom studio to put ten tracks to tape which would explore the grief and be more reflective than his earlier work. ‘And It’s Still Alright’ is a record born of tragedy, and yet somehow finds hope despite it.
