Can I leave the event site and then come back (i.e. are there pass-outs)?
There are no pass outs at Ministry of Sound Classical at Castle Howard.
How old do I need to be to attend and will I need ID?
You can enter Ministry of Sound Classical if you are 5+ anyone under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by an adult. We will be operating Challenge 25 Policy, so you will require ID with you, to use the bars and concessions on site.
Can I bring a bag?
Yes, you can bring a small bag, this will be searched upon entry (We class small bags as no larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm). We do not allow large bags into the event.
Can I bring in flags or banners?
You can’t bring flags or banners, laser pens are also not permitted.
Can we bring suncream with us?
Yes, but glass bottles are not permitted.
Can we bring Perfume / Deodorant?
Glass bottles and aerosols are banned, roll on deodorant is fine acceptable.
Is there anywhere to charge my phone?

Is there anywhere I can leave my belongings?
Phone recharge lockers are big enough to safely store small items or lightweight clothing – dimensions are as follows:
Standard: 300 x 150 x 150mm
XL: 100 x 250 x 300mm
Can I bring food & drink into the Festival?
No food, drink or alcohol is permitted into the Festival area. There will be food and drink available to purchase on site.
Free drinking water will be available. Bag-checks will be in place on entry.
Can I bring an umbrella into the Festival?
Small umbrellas are permitted, but we ask that you please be considerate of other audience members nearby and behind you.
Can I bring seating into the Festival?
Camping chairs and deckchairs are permitted into the Festival but are not allowed into the VIP Golden Circle Area. Blankets are ok. Loungers or inflatable seating, gazebos, tables and other structures are NOT permitted.
Can I bring a camera into the Festival?
The use of small/hand-held cameras for personal use is permitted. Drones or medium-large camera set ups are not permitted at the festival unless you have been granted authorization prior to entry.

We strongly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance, as we expect this event to sell out ahead of the event date.

Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including illness travel disruption etc. - the only resins for refunds will be if the event is cancelled or postponed.
Is The Event Outside?
This is an outdoor, open-air event. Please check the forecast beforehand to dress appropriately according to the weather. Please come prepared with whatever you need for the day as you cannot leave and re-enter the festival. No refunds will be provided due to unfavorable weather conditions.

There are no facilities to leave your vehicle on site after the event ends, all vehicles must depart the venue at the end of the event.
