LIFE are an alternative four-piece from Hull, fiercely independent and rooted in a strong DIY ethos and community spirit. Known for their intense yet intimate live shows, the band have built a loyal following across the UK and Europe.

They’ve released three acclaimed albums: Popular Music (2017), A Picture of Good Health (2019), and North East Coastal Town (2022) - the latter hailed by Steve Lamacq as “the best thing the band have released, a snow-globe of emotions.” The band are firm favourites at BBC 6 Music, earning multiple A-list singles and consistent support from Steve Lamacq, Lauren Laverne, Craig Charles and Jack Saunders.
LIFE have toured extensively, supporting IDLES, Nadine Shah, and Kaiser Chiefs, alongside sold-out UK and European headline tours. Festival appearances include Glastonbury, Reading & Leeds, Latitude, and major European festivals such as Pukkelpop, Best Kept Secret, Rock For The People, and Paleo Festival, as well as showcases at SXSW and Reeperbahn.
With a reputation for explosive performances and imaginative DIY shows, LIFE continue to be one of the UK’s most vital and compelling alternative bands.
