Nottingham native, piano-rocking singer-songwriter Keane Baldwin, makes his comeback headline and for the first time ever, it is just him and the piano. After recently releasing ‘There’s No One Quite Like Reg Dwight’, Keane is scheduled to make a triumphant return this winter with a charity gig on behalf of Bags of Blessings.
Working as a solo artist and collaborating with various bands as live backing support, Keane Baldwin delivers the new generation of pop piano, described as "Nottingham's answer to Elton John”. Bursting onto the scene in 2024 with debut EP ‘In Spite of Everything’, plaudits were attracted from the likes of God is in the TV, The Crack and LeftLion, as well as spins across the airwaves in the UK and USA and South America.
Speaking ahead of his comeback gig, Keane explained: “This is going to be something different for me. All my other headlines have offered something beyond a gig. They have been a show. It is time for something more intimate. Just me and the piano. I am going to be showcasing an array of songs that I have been writing throughout the past 16 months ahead of 2027, a year that shall be my biggest yet. I also wanted to once again deliver a show that has a purpose, and for the second year running all proceeds will be delivered to Bags of Blessings. Everybody deserves aChristmas and we’ll do our part to help that. This show is going to showcase raw talent, piano reminiscent of Elton John and Ben Folds along with the usual wit, charisma and commentary expected of a Keane Baldwin show. I cannot wait to see you all again, it has been far too long.”
