The night centres around a special screening of Looks Okay, Are They Okay?, a moving short film by brain injury survivor and much‑loved Headway London volunteer Barrie Stradling. The film shines a light on the hidden realities of living with an invisible disability, offering an honest and deeply human insight into life after brain injury.
Following the screening, the stage comes alive with performances from Barrie’s close‑knit, world‑class musical community – a celebration of resilience, friendship, and the enduring power of music.
Expect stunning vocals, infectious grooves and all the energy of a classic soul revue, backed by an exceptional live band featuring musicians whose credits include Amy Winehouse, Prince, Beverley Knight and The Boomtown Rats.
