To select a Babes in Arms, Child or Youth ticket , please first add an Adult ticket to your basket. If you have already purchased your Adult ticket and need to add these tickets separately, please email customerservices@gigantic.com and the team will send you a link to complete your booking.

Weekend Adult (18+)

• This ticket gives you access to the festival from Thursday – Saturday. Camping at the festival is included as standard across these tickets, but whether you decide to stay on site is optional. You will have access to the Arena, Campervans, General, Family or Quiet camping with this ticket.

Weekend Youth (13 - 17)

• This ticket gives you access to the festival from Thursday – Saturday. Guardianship rules apply: Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult (25+). Read our full guardianship policy here. Camping at the festival is included as standard in this ticket, this is optional. You will have access to the arena, Campervans, General, Family or Quiet camping with this ticket.

Weekend Child (3-12)

• This ticket gives you access to the festival from Thursday – Saturday. Guardianship rules apply - Read our guardianship policy here. Camping at the festival is included as standard, this is optional. You will have access to General, Family or Quiet camping with this ticket.

Babes in arms (0-2)

• This ticket gives your babes in arms access to the festival from Thursday – Saturday. Guardianship rules apply - Read our guardianship policy here. Camping at the festival is included as standard, but this is optional. You will have access to the Arena, Campervans, General, Family or Quiet camping with this ticket.

Early Bird

• For a limited time only, 2027 weekend tickets will be discounted as a thank you to our loyal audience. The ticket price for festival access tickets, weekend and day, will increase after this time.

Guardianship Policy & Guardianship Identification:

Patrons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an over 25 at the ratio of two under 18s to one over 25. There are two age-identifying wristbands: one for 12 and under (Child) and one for 13-17 year olds (Youth). There will be a full ID operation in place at the festival gates. Guardianship checks will also be performed at the internal arena gates. All those attending with under 18 wristbands will be issued a plain white wristband and guardians will be asked to write their contact details on the inside of this wristband to facilitate safeguarding whilst at the festival. Please see our FAQs for more information.

Payment Plan Disclaimer

• Please note we cannot make any changes to Payment Plan orders once confirmed, so please ensure your order is correct before continuing with payment.

• Only weekend festival tickets can be purchased on the payment plan.

Parking passes

• Choose between Green Weekend Parking Passes (for customers staying on the festival site all weekend), or White Day Parking passes (for customers commuting to the festival daily). For accessible parking/blue badge parking, click the blue "Accessibility Tickets" icon and enter your Nimbus card number. If you don't have a Nimbus card, apply for your Gigantic access card here.

Accommodation

Clean Fields

• These tickets give you access to the Clean Fields campsite, our eco-friendly camping area. Please note that you should select a ticket for each person using this campsite within your group, rather than per tent. You do not need a Clean Fields ticket if you are in Glamping, Caravan/Campervans or Accessible Camping/Campervans as Clean Fields is a separate, specific camping field.

• Clean Fields is the only campsite you need to pre-book.

Family Camping

• Designed to cater exclusively to families with the focus on accommodating young children.

Quiet Camping

• This campsite is for people who prefer to be away from the noise and bustle of even the family campsite.

General Camping

• For those who want to stay up a little later and don’t mind the late night noise.

Campervan/Caravan

• Choose between powered and non-powered pitches. 2027 pitch sizes are as follows: Jumbo (8m x 10m) or Standard (7m x 8m). See here for more information about the campervan/caravan site.

Glampervans

• Campervan/caravan pitches in the Glamping field at the heart of the festival. These standard-sized electric hook-up pitches include the use of the Glamping shower and refresh facilities.

Glamping

• Camp in style with our glamping providers, Pitch Village and Limelife. Festival tickets are not included. Parking is included. Find out more here.

Upgrades

Club Clan Bella

• These tickets give access to Club Clan Bella, please see here for more details on this area.

Friendly Flush

• Friendly Flush are 24-hour serviced toilets and refresh area. Located in Family Camping, there is no access from Glamping or Caravans to Family Camping when the arena is closed.

• Please note: Pay as you go showers are not included in a Friendly Flush ticket but are located in the same area. Shower passes can only be purchased on-site when you go for a shower. 

Campervan and caravan passes are strictly limited to weekend ticket holders. 

• Holders of a Wednesday entry pass may access the site from Wednesday 28th July. 

•  All customers associated with a standard campervan pass must be pitched by 18:00 on Thursday 29th July. 

•  After this time, vehicle movement on site is strictly prohibited due to crowd density and health and safety regulations.

Campervan and caravan passes are not valid for customers holding 1-day or 2-day tickets, and access to the campervan/caravan areas will be refused in such cases.

Payment plan terms and conditions

This Payment Plan allows you to pay for your ticket(s) over 11 instalments. Any booking & delivery fees will be included in the first payment.
Your ticket total must be at least £20.00 to use the payment plan for this event, otherwise you should book your tickets here.

Payment Plan FAQs:

What if I miss a payment?

If a payment gets rejected you will be sent an email to inform you. This email contains instructions to change the card on your payment plan should you need to, which will enable you to make the missed payment, and stay within the payment plan.

Any outstanding payments will be attempted again during your next installment date.

Can I get a refund?

No, as stated when you place an order all tickets are sold on a strictly non-refundable basis.

Can I pay early?

No, all payments must be made as per the payment plan schedule you agree to upon purchase.

Can I change my tickets?

No, once an order has been placed, tickets cannot be changed. Take extra care to make sure you only order the tickets you actually want.

What if my card expires?

If your card expires you’ll need to wait for an email stating your payment has been rejected. You should then follow the link on that email to update your card details and pay off the due amount, any remaining payments will be debited from your new card.

Can I cancel my payment plan?

If you decide you no longer wish to attend the event, you can cancel a payment plan in your account or inform us in writing 7 days prior to an upcoming payment date that you wish to cancel your order. We will then cease to take any remaining payments. Please note you will NOT be entitled to a refund of any previous payments.

Accessibility at Belladrum

Please take the time to familiarise yourself with this accessibility guide to ensure you are aware of all the key information. This will help you prepare and give you an understanding of what to expect when you get to the festival. More specific information, including travel, timings, key contacts and locations, will be sent to you closer to the festival dates.

The quiet areas are areas within the arena that we have identified as being out of the heavy footfall and away from particularly noisy stages, where we would encourage people to head to if they need a breather. We are looking at a ‘chill out’ tent down in the Dell which will just be simply somewhere to sit that’s enclosed and quiet.

Introducing the Access Card Scheme

We are pleased to be working with Nimbus Disability, utilising their Access Card Scheme and Digital Access Pass system to provide our customers with a more consistent and improved experience when accessing necessary support.

This scheme is designed for all customers who require adjustments to make their visit more comfortable, such as essential companion tickets, raised viewing platforms, accessible toilets and other reasonable adjustments. By partnering with Nimbus Disability, a leading authority on accessible ticketing run by and for disabled people, we can better understand and meet your access requirements in a consistent and secure manner. This also helps to protect these provisions from potential misuse.

Through this scheme, you can apply for a free Digital Access Pass specifically for use with Belladrum, or you can choose to apply for a full Access Card for broader recognition.

What is A FREE Digital Access Pass?

• You can submit a free application for a Digital Access Pass via Nimbus.
• As part of the application, you will need to provide relevant evidence and a narrative about your access requirements, allowing Nimbus to allocate the appropriate symbols representing the barriers you face.
• Once your application is approved, your Digital Access Pass will be valid for three years. You will receive a digital ID number.

• You can use your Digital Access Pass ID Number to access facilities and make bookings with Belladrum, streamlining the process and potentially allowing you to book access provisions online.

What is The Access Card?

• The Access Card is a universal way of conveying your access requirements that clearly communicates your requirements to thousands of organisations, venues, events, and ticketing systems across the UK and beyond.
• It costs just £15 for three years, you can choose to upgrade your free registration to a full Access Card through the application process..
• The Access Card features symbols that discreetly highlight the barriers you face and the reasonable adjustments you may need, such as level access, essential companion, or assistance with visual or auditory information.
• Presenting your Access Card or its unique identification number can often reduce the need for repeated explanations and the submission of extensive personal documentation.
• The Access Card can also work online with ticketing systems to unlock necessary access facilities.
• The Access Card app provides a personalised directory of accessible venues.

How to Apply

To apply for your Nimbus Access Card, please click here . You will be directed to a simple application form where you can upload any validating evidence and provide a description of your access requirements.

Already Have an Access Card or a Nimbus Access Card?

• If you already have a Nimbus Access Card, you do not need to apply again.

• To use your Access Card or your Nimbus Access Card Pass Number (found on your confirmation email), please click through to the booking page and click the blue ‘Accessibility Tickets’ banner (just below the venue and door time) and enter your Access Pass Number to view the accessible ticket selection.

Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival Terms & Conditions

General information

1. Warning – Strobe lighting may be used during the concert.
2. Accessibility tickets must be booked in advance. Check our Accessibility FAQ’s  here.
3. Customers are advised to wear appropriate clothing and footwear and protection against potential inclement weather.
4. A wide selection of food and drink will be available on-site.
5. Only buy official merchandise from identified vendors within the festival site.
6. Car Parking Passes should be purchased in advance. Purchase yours here. We encourage you to travel on public transport or car share. More information can be found here.
7. Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival takes place within Belladrum Estate, near Beauly. We ask that customers behave respectfully towards their surroundings. We reserve the right to eject any customer causing damage to the grounds or behaving in such a way that stewards feel could present a danger to other people or the estate.
8. Please respect our neighbours, local estate residents and wider community. Do not trespass on any private property or park/block resident access/roads.

Conditions for sale

1. These Conditions contain important information, please read them carefully. Possession of this ticket shall constitute acceptance of the following conditions;
2. Right to refuse entry is reserved. Security personnel will search all persons entering the event.
3. Admission is at the ticket holder’s risk. The promoter and the venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained within the event.
4. An adult (25+) must accompany children 18 and under. Read our guardianship policy here.
5. Children between the ages of 3 – 12 require a child’s ticket. Babes in Arms tickets are free but should be booked in advance. Children aged 13 - 17 require a youth ticket. 18+ requires a full price ticket.
6. This ticket is non-transferrable. No refunds. In the event of cancellation of the event only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. In the event of a partial cancellation any refund will be at the promoter’s discretion. Ticket resales will be available via Tixel which you can access here.
7. No duplicate tickets will be issued for lost physical tickets.
8. No tickets may be used for competitions, promotions or hospitality packages, without written consent of the promoter. Any re-sold or transferred in such a manner will become voidable and the holder may be refused admission or ejected from the festival site.

9. Only tickets purchased via official ticket agents are valid for admission (Gigantic, Skiddle and Ticketmaster, only). Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorised outlets, including online sites, are not valid for admission.

10. Title to this ticket remains with the promoter until payment has been received in full. This ticket should only be purchased from official agents/outlets.
11. All ticket holders consent to filming, photography and sound recording as members of the audience that may be used for marketing/promotional materials. No unauthorised filming/cameras/sound recording – any breach will lead to confiscation of equipment.
12. The management reserves the right to make any changes whatsoever in the performance festival owing to unforeseen or unavoidable cause.
13. Alcohol in glass bottles, paper lanterns, flares, fireworks, drugs, nitrous oxide, drones, weapons and dangerous objects, professional audio or visual recording equipment, is strictly prohibited. Any person in possession of such articles may be refused entry or rejected.
14. Unauthorised drones are prohibited to fly anywhere over the festival as they pose a hazard to our patrons. Any unauthorised flights will be reported to Police Scotland.
15. No illegal substances to be brought into the concert site – any found will lead to prosecution.
16. No glass to be brought into the festival site.
